Delivery
Delivery is FREE to CM & CO postcodes for all items except where stated, however, if you purchase a free delivery item as well as a chargeable item; all items will be delivered free! Delivery where applicable is charged per order (so 3 small bags would be £15 total delivery, not £45).
Delivery time is usually 3-5 working days. Named day, excluding weekends, can be arranged - please add preferred day to additional info box on shopping cart.
Refunds/Exchanges
Refunds/Exchanges will be offered on faulty or damaged items. Refunds on non faulty or non damaged items will be offered subject to collection fee; this will be calculated on each individual case.
