Scenic Landscapes Ltd is based in Braintree, Essex and formed in May 2002 by Lee and Jo Hall. Lee has been involved in the garden and landscaping industry since leaving school. He worked initially for a nursery in Romford, Essex for 6 years before moving to Thetford, Norfolk to work for a large national landscaping company, providing services to the commercial sector including the local Council. He moved back to Romford and worked for a large interior and exterior landscaping company based in Chigwell, Essex. Throughout these years he began with "hands-on" positions and worked up to managerial roles, where he found he missed the doing part! This, therefore, led to Lee starting up Scenic, as he could combine the planning, arranging and doing parts, along with providing a dedicated personal service.

Once you have contacted us for a quote, we will arrange a convenient time to call round and discuss your requirements and view the area. At this stage it would be helpful if you have a basic idea of what you would like (or would not like) and a budget that we can work with.

After our initial visit and site viewing we will send you a fixed price quotation, usually within 7-10 days. This will provide full costs for all works as requested and will describe fully the materials and procedures used. All quotes are valid for 60 days and if acceptance is received within this period, the price is held until we commence works. Outside this time a re-quote may be necessary. We request a deposit at the time of acceptance and this will secure a start date, we will advise the start date to you in writing and also an approx. time to complete works. The balance of works is then payable upon completion, although in some cases part payment may be required.

Once work has commenced, Lee is always available to answer any questions you may have, or to discuss any changes or additions you may be considering. If you are at work during the day, Lee is just a phone call away; he can pop back or speak to you in the evenings.

Lee will ensure that your property is left clean and tidy upon completion, with areas being pressure washed where applicable and all rubbish removed.
