When comparing prices, please consider the following:
- Estimate or Quotation? Our price is a quotation; this is the price you pay for
the work as described in your tailor-made written quote. We offer
a FIXED PRICE PROMISE - which means no hidden surprises at the end!
If specification is altered by yourselves we submit new quote to
ensure we are both aware and agree on any additions prior to commencing
the amendments.
- Quality of materials – we use materials that we feel are of top quality, to give the best overall effect to the eye and give maximum life.
- We are a Trading Standards scheme member and approved "Buy With Confidence" scheme member. This means we have passed strict rigorous
vetting processes by each of these organisations and are monitored to ensure that our high standards are maintained, offering you complete peace of mind.
- Full Public Liability Insurance – for your and our protection we have liability insurance, to cover if damage or injury is caused to person or property during works.
- We are a small, local company offering a personal service from start to finish. We are proud to have been awarded two local business awards for Excellent Customer Service.
- We only work on one job at a time, this ensures no un-necessary delays and our mind is on your job! We treat you and your property with respect and work in a thoughtful and
caring manner aiming for minimal disturbance.
- We leave areas clean and tidy, removing all rubbish and where required a pressure wash is carried out. We are registered with the
Environment Agency for the transfer of waste.
- The quotation is valid for 60 days and includes Vat, if acceptance and deposit is received in this period, the price is held until works commence.
